Katie sweep is a great organisation with a wealth of experience across its work force. I was very impressed with their communication, tidying and effectiveness of the sweep, on both my chimneys. Amelia gave me good advice on how to improve the health of my chimney and pointed me in the right direction to get my excessive creosote build up sorted out. I will definitely be using their services again

Vicky was amazing today, communicated brilliantly, was very thorough in her inspection, materials provided afterwards (pics, videos) will prove invaluable in quickly securing repairs and everything was spotless in the end. A true professional, will absolutely call upon her expertise again.

Fantastic! My friend recommended Katie Sweep’s company to me, and this was the first time I had them clean and service my wood burning stove. I’ve got to say I was really happy with the service from start to finish. Jade arrived perfectly on time, was friendly, professional and efficient throughout the process. We booked Katie Sweep to sweep the flue of our oil burning Central heating stove. They use a great system which sends text updates as well as emails. Very responsive when we had to speak to them to adjust the time (due to a commitment on our side) and very easy to contact them by text. All updates were confirmed with a follow up email. When our sweep was on her way we got a tracker to see where she was. The sweep (Jade) arrived a little early and after checking that that was OK set up quickly and cleanly. The whole experience was pleasant and professional and incredibly clean - sweep didn't mind an interested audience (why do men find these things so fascinating?). We will definitely use them again and will be very happy to meet Jade again or have confidence in whoever they send. A five star experience.

Unfortunately my chimney needed some pointing doing, but I was happy it was cleaned properly and I knew it wasn't safe, and where to go from there. From calling Sarah in the office, to Jade leaving my house the service was great. Fair pricing also. Cheers guys
